Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using Tale Hero ("App"), you agree to these Terms. The App is intended for an adult parent or guardian to create and play personalized stories for a child.

2. Stories and AI-Generated Content

Stories, images, and narration are generated with artificial intelligence and may contain mistakes, unexpected details, or inconsistent results. A parent or guardian should review generated content before sharing it with a child. The App is for entertainment and is not medical, educational, psychological, or safety advice.

You are responsible for the prompts, profile details, and photos you submit and must have the right and parental authority to use them. Do not submit sensitive information or content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes another person's rights.

3. Free Preview and Subscription Terms

The App may provide one free preview. Continued full-story generation requires a paid subscription. Each plan includes the story allowance shown on the purchase screen; allowances reset according to the selected billing period and unused stories do not roll over. A subscription does not promise unlimited generation.

  • Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
  • Price and term: The localized price, billing period, and included story allowance displayed before confirmation control your purchase. No free trial is included unless Apple's purchase sheet explicitly states otherwise.

4. Availability and Acceptable Use

Generation depends on internet access and third-party services. We may temporarily limit or suspend access to protect children, prevent abuse, maintain the service, or comply with law. Do not attempt to bypass generation limits, probe the service, automate excessive requests, or use the App to create harmful or unlawful content.

5. Content Usage

Stories and media generated by the App are licensed for your personal, non-commercial family use. Availability, accuracy, uniqueness, and suitability of generated output are not guaranteed.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how profile, photo, story, subscription, and technical data are handled.

7. Standard EULA

This app is subject to the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA): Apple Standard EULA
